Lil’ Dude Studios is lovingly and passionately run by the incredibly talented artist and dedicated educator Kimberly Barrett. The name is a heartfelt tribute to our very special double merle rescue dog, Zero, who is both visually and hearing impaired, and whom we affectionately call Duder. Lil’ Dude Studios came to life from a heartfelt dream of turning my deep passion for creating art into a truly fulfilling and meaningful career. It’s a bold leap of faith, much like the one we bravely took when we adopted Zero (Duder), a leap I wholeheartedly believe is absolutely worth every risk, challenge, and adventure along the way. Of course, none of this would be remotely possible without my amazing, loving family who constantly embolden and encourage me every step along this exciting journey — my rock; my supportive husband Luke and my four fabulous children: Hayley, Asher, Gwenyth, & Sabrina.
